Prime Recruitment is committed to responding to injuries quickly and efficiently, so that workers can return to work at the earliest appropriate time. Management supports the injury management process and recognises that success relies on the active participation and cooperation of the company and the injured worker, this policy will be achieved by:

  • Provide initial first aid treatment to injured workers
  • Assisting injured workers to return to work as soon as medically appropriate.
  • Adherence to all legislative requirements in the event of a work-related injury or illness.
  • Providing injured workers with timely documentation and assistance where necessary to expedite compensation claims, including claim forms and return to work plans.
  • Wherever possible arranging suitable duties having regard for the injured worker's medical restrictions.
  • Cooperating with relevant medical practitioners, insurers, and workers by maintaining open communications.

The management of injured workers will be tracked and recorded through the Prime Recruitment Integrated Management System processes and overseen by senior management.

This Policy Statement shall be communicated, understood, implemented, maintained and supported by all company personnel.
